Youth Civic Engagement (YCE) is a sub-division under YPCE's newly formed, Youth Division. Our goal is to empower Sacramento's youth citywide with knowledge, resources and opportunities to advocate and engage within their communities. The Sacramento Youth Commission (SYC) and Summer @ City Hall (S@CH) are the two programs that currently exist within our sub-division. Both of these programs educate youth and provide them with the tools to navigate local government and become civically engaged. Visit our page to learn more.
